Derin kicked off the year at the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour in Oliva Nova, Spain.
Faline des Chaines, Derin's newest addition to the team, impressed with jumping 6/6 rounds clear in the 5-year-old classes – winning the MET Young Horse Champions Trophy in her age category. Faline des Chaines also ended second in the 1.15m 5-year-old final presented by Kingsland.
The 7-year-old Scenorrado vd Hunters Z ended second in the 1.35m 7-year-old competition during week two, while the 8-year-old Hunter took a 5th and a 12th place in the 1-35m-1.40m classes. Dadjak Ter Puttenen recorded a 5th place in one of the 1.45m world ranking classes, while Koblenz vd Middelstede jumped four out of seven classes clear.
Derin now continues the season with three weeks of competition at the Sunshine Tour in Vejer de la Frontera, Spain.
