Plenty of clear rounds in Bonheiden

It was a very good weekend at the CSI3* event in Bonheiden for Derin and his horses.

Harry K opened with only a time fault in Wednesday’s 1.40m class, and went on to jump double clear in Friday's 1.45m Longines Ranking competition to end 9th. In Sunday’s 1.50m Grand Prix – also counting for the world ranking – Derin and Harry were again clear in the first round, but an unfortunate rail in the jump-off put them 12th in the end.

Derin’s new ride Dadjak Ter Puttenen also jumped very well, going double clear in Thursday's 1.35m class and then clear in the first phase of Friday's 1.40m.

The young horses were also in form. Flaming Key SR Z finished 2nd in Wednesday's 6-year-old class, and also jumped clear in the first round of Saturday’s final placing 13th. Koblenz vd Middelstede showed himself well, jumping clear on the fences in Wednesday's 7-year-old class and doing a double clear in Thursday’s competition.
